About the class

Our Kids Muay Thai class is a dynamic and engaging introduction to the art of striking. Designed for ages 5-12, this class focuses on foundational footwork, basic punches, kicks, and elbows, as well as age-appropriate conditioning drills to build strength, coordination, and confidence. Kids will also learn discipline, respect, and focus—skills that go beyond the gym. Whether it’s their first time or they’re ready to level up, this class is a great way to get them moving and having fun in a structured, supportive environment.
