How do I book a class?

Follow these steps to book a class through our website:
Visit our class page  and select your class
From the booking page, select the date and time
If you're booking multiple sessions, select "Add to Cart"
If you're booking one session, select "Checkout"
Fill in the details and select "Purchase"
You'll get an order confirmation with the class details
Purchase the session online or opt to pay in person

Where are you located?

Prime Studios + Recovery is located in GF Commercenter Alabang, Commerce Ave cor Filinvest and East Asia Drive, Muntinlupa City. The studio is near the main entrance, in between Ducati and the Korean grocery.

What classes do you offer?

We offer a full range of martial arts and movement classes, including Boxing, Jiu Jitsu (Gi & No-Gi), Muay Thai, MMA, Wrestling, Tai Chi, Kids’ Martial Arts, and open mat/sparring sessions. Each 1-hour class is led by 1–2 experienced coaches and follows a structured format of warm-ups, lessons, and sparring — helping you build striking, grappling, and overall fight skills in a high-energy group setting.

For recovery, we provide private 75-minute Contrast & Red Light Therapy sessions with access to our infrared sauna, cold plunge, and red light therapy pods — designed to restore balance, speed recovery, and enhance performance.
