Our Boxing Athletics class is designed for adults looking to develop a strong foundation in boxing, kicking, and overall striking technique. Whether you're a beginner or refining your skills, this class focuses on conditioning, proper form, footwork, head movement, and effective combinations. You’ll learn the fundamentals of punching, kicking, blocking, and defensive movements in a structured and supportive environment. Build confidence, improve coordination, and develop real striking skills while getting a great workout! Follow these steps to prepare for class: 1. Wear Proper Gear – Comfortable athletic attire like a rash guard and grappling shorts/spats, no zippers or pockets. Bring wraps, gloves and shin guards. Rentals are available at the gym. 2. Stay Clean – Shower, trim nails, and wear fresh training gear. 3. Hydrate & Eat Smart – Drink water and have a light snack 30-60 mins before class. 4. Arrive Early – Stretch, check in, and get ready. 5. Train Smart – Listen, respect partners, and focus on learning.
