Beyond its physical benefits, cold exposure also trains mental resilience. Controlled breathing in cold water encourages focus and calm under stress, helping strengthen the connection between body and mind. Cold plunge sessions leave many guests feeling refreshed, energized, and mentally clear — making it a powerful tool for both recovery and overall well-being. Amenities: Towel rental is available for PHP 100, and guests may use the shower facilities before or after their session.
Cancellation Policy
All contrast + red light therapy sessions must be booked at least 5 hours in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation of the space. Rescheduling or cancellations are allowed; however, we kindly ask that you coordinate directly with our front desk to make any changes to your appointment.
