Our Jiujitsu Open Mat is a flexible, unstructured training session where you can roll, drill, and refine techniques at your own pace. Whether you want to get extra sparring rounds in, troubleshoot positions, or flow roll with teammates, this 2-hour session provides the perfect space to sharpen your game. Open to all skill levels, it’s a great opportunity to learn from different training partners, test new techniques, and build your endurance in a relaxed yet focused environment. Follow these steps to prepare for class: 1. Wear Proper Gear – Comfortable athletic attire like a rash guard and grappling shorts/spats, no zippers or pockets. 2. Stay Clean – Shower, trim nails, and wear fresh training gear. 3. Hydrate & Eat Smart – Drink water and have a light snack 30-60 mins before class. 4. Arrive Early – Stretch, check in, and get ready. 5. Train Smart – Listen, respect partners, and focus on learning.
