About the class

Our Tai Chi classes blend slow, intentional motions with focused breathing to improve balance, coordination, and mental clarity. Known as a moving meditation, Tai Chi helps reduce stress, increase mobility, and build body awareness. What to Expect: Our Tai Chi program follows the Yang style, combining slow, flowing forms with partner work such as push hands (tui shou). Each class is designed to harmonize body and mind, helping you feel strong, calm, and balanced. With a focus on recovery and longevity, Tai Chi supports mobility, stress reduction, and overall well-being. About the Instructor: Classes are led by Coach Tim Puget, a Swiss-Filipino practitioner with over 15 years of Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and meditation practice, and 7 years of teaching experience. He studies under Sifu Liang De Hua, founder of Chuan Cheng Academy in Chiang Mai, and brings this authentic curriculum to Prime Studios. Beginner-friendly and open to all levels, Tai Chi offers a restorative path to strength, calm, and resilience.
